The main server was not responding... A restart was done and should be back to normal

Things are being monitored to identify what happened

Server is back alive

Detected that eu1 server is not responding to pings (worldwide but North America, France & Germany)

Request per sec halved to the normal numbers

Server was modified to handle more requests for the assets, there is still a high number of requests done

A user is burning through the assets endpoints usage with (100req/sec)

There is a high number of 502 errors in the assets endpoints

Everything seems to be now OK

Certificate is also renewed

We are validating & monitoring the remaining certificates for the other servers

na1 is having the same issue & is being fixed

Certificates should be renewed correctly
